MOMENTS AGO IN THE BACKSTAGE AREA...
Jay Jefferson is seen walking down a hallway with another Seattle Pro official wearing a black suit and tie. He is shown to a specific dressing room but he knocks prior to entering the room. The door opens and he is welcomed in; the door remains open just long enough for the camera man to enter in behind him.
Robb Daniels stands from his chair and is putting on his suit jacket. He fasten the buttons and shakes the hand of Jay Jefferson.
ROBB DANIELS: Jay! It's good to see you. Lauren said you were wanting to speak to me in person but according to my notes you're not scheduled to be here tonight.
JAY JEFFERSON: Robb...Lauren...I came to Toronto tonight to talk.
ROBB DANIELS: Okay. So what did you need to talk about?
JAY JEFFERSON: When you asked me to come to Seattle Pro and then you offered me a job a spot on the Championship Committee...I was excited but disappointed at the same time.
ROBB DANIELS: I do apologize. I hope you don't feel obligated to the position.
JAY JEFFERSON: It's not that. Contributing my thoughts and opinions to the Championship Committee is an honor and I do appreciate you're confidence in me to make the right decisions. I have had many years in this business. I have looked at this business from every aspect and I have had a great deal of success because of this industry.
ROBB DANIELS: I don't seem to be following.
JAY JEFFERSON: I have literally done it all in this business. I have travelled all over the world as a wrestler and a booker. I have held several World Championships and built the UWL from the ground up with my own two hands. Some would say that 11 Strong Years of UWL is my greatest accomplishment.
ROBB DANIELS: Has somebody made you a better offer? Is it money? Lauren...call the attorney and get the check book. How much do you want? How much is it going to take to keep you on the payroll?
JAY JEFFERSON: For eleven years I was told that I had one of the best minds in the wrestling business. Tonight...I'll gather with the Championship Committee to watch and keep score in the Endurance Championship match tonight but when I show up at ENVY on March the 8th...I am bringing my wrestling boots and I'll be ready to go to work. It's time I remind everyone that I am just as good in the ring as I was behind the curtain...
ROBB DANIELS: You want to do what?
JAY JEFFERSON: Book Me for Envy. It doesn't matter who it is or where it's at on the card. I need competition and an opportunity to prove myself.
ROBB DANIELS:...I'm not sure what the rest of the roster will think about allowing a member of the Championship Committee to compete.
JAY JEFFERSON: I'm not demanding a title shot or any special treatment. I'm ready to hear my music and walk the aisle just as I use to.
ROBB DANIELS: Then it's settled. On March 8th...at Envy. You'll have a match against a formidable opponent.
The two men shake hands and Jefferson turns and exits the room as Daniels is smiling looking shocked at his wife Lauren as the scene fades out.

HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP
James Edwards (c) vs Azarius Creed
Edwards offers Creed a handshake. Creed accepts and then the two go to their corners. Azarius Creed invites James Edwards to lock up. The champion nods his head no and motions for Creed to chop his chest. To James’ surprise Creed smacks him with a vicious chop. Edwards grins and returns his own. Then Creed again. Then Edwards. Surprisingly Creed gets the better of the exchange.
A dropkick drops Edwards to the mat and the champion rolls out of the ring to recover. Creed won’t let him rest and flies through the ropes with a suicida. He pushes Edwards back into the barricade. Edwards stumbles around as Creed gets back in the ring. Again he comes through the ropes with a suicida. A moment later he makes it a trio.
Edwards grimaces and grabs his back. The crowd chants for a fourth and Creed is determined to give it to them. Just as he breaks through the ropes, Edwards suddenly turns and catches Creed with a Second Gospel. The bicycle high knee ignites the crowd and now both men are down as the official begins the count. Eventually both men make it back to the safety of the ring--barely. Creed gets there a second earlier.
Though woozy, Creed stomps Edwards in his injured back. He snap mares James and then floors him with a drop kick. The Savage hypes the crowd with some antics, waits for Edwards to rise, and then drops him with a springboard DDT for a close two count. Creed continues his assault on Edwards’ back with stomps and a slingshot elbow drop. He covers and gets another two count. Creed steps between the ropes thinking of something fancy. He waits for Edwards to rise and flips forward...right into a Second Gospel!
The knee catches Creed on the chin and send him back into the ropes. Edwards grabs him on the rebound with an STO. Edwards is too weak to make the cover so he and Creed lay on the mat. Finally, they rise again and begin to trade punches. Edwards connects with two and then a headbutt that drops Creed to his knees. The champion struggles but finally hits a snap suplex. Again Edwards grimaces in pain as the suplex strained his back. He chooses to recuperate instead of cover.
Edwards uses the ropes to get to his feet and asses his option. He measures Creed while the challenger gets up then runs forward. Creed counters with the Westie Connection and transitions into the Savage Lock! Trapped in the middle of the ring and with a bad back, Edwards eyes the ropes in a panic. The crowd chants for him to tap. So does Creed. James’ senses he has nowhere to go and raises his arm...it comes close to the mat stopping an inch away.
The champion chooses to fight but goes nowhere. He starts to fade. The official moves in to see if his conscious. Edwards’ hand drops once...he is alert! A shocked Creed accidentally loosens his grip. Edwards shifts him into a pin for a close two. The fresher Creed gets to his feet first and slams into the champ’s back with a double axehandle smash. Edwards goes limp. Creed positions him and heads up top. The crowd knows it is Air AZ time.
The buzz builds as The Savage leaps and flips forward...no one is home and he lands on his feet! Creed spies Edwards trying to pull himself up in the corner and rushes in to finish him off. Edwards surprises him with a spinning back fist and the another. The Double Tap! Creed spins around with his back to the champ. Edwards twists his arm in a hammerlock and then spins him around into a Second Gospel that drops Creed to his ass! Edwards sees his chance, runs forward, and connects with the Violent Gospel!
Creed’s spit flies high in the air and Edwards collapses on top of him for the 1...2...3!
James Edwards narrowly retains after a valiant effort by the challenger Azarius Creed. Edwards pushes himself up off the mat and the referee hands him the Heavyweight Championship and raises his arm.
MCKAYLA LEWIS: and STILL the Seattle Pro Heavyweight Champion...James Edwards!
Lauren Daniels walks down the aisle and steps into the ring. She approaches James Edwards with microphone in hand.
LAUREN DANIELS: Congratulations James you had an amazing match tonight. What are your thoughts?
JAMES EDWARDS: Creed came prepared to fight tonight. He tested me tonight and I needed this. I promised that I would be a fighting champion and I have been.
LAUREN DANIELS: Now with the conclusion of your match it's official. On March 8th in Sacramento...you--James Edwards will defend the Seattle Pro Heavyweight Championship against the Declan Black in the Main Event of ENVY!
Creed rolls out of the ring nodding at Edwards and slapping his chest. He makes his way up the aisle and to the back while Edwards begins to reply to Lauren Daniels.
JAMES EDWARDS: See I always knew that Declan Black was an egomaniac but after what he did earlier by abandoning his tag team partner...I then realized he was a coward as well. He won a match at GREED became #1 Contender by the luck of the draw. As a fighting champion...I will defend my title regardless how he received this title shot.
LAUREN DANIELS: Thank You James! We'll see you in three weeks at ENVY!
James Edwards turns around and waves at the Toronto fans and exits the ring carrying both the Seattle Pro Heavyweight Championship and his Iron Championship from Lion's Road.
LAUREN DANIELS: James Edwards defends the Heavyweight Championship against Declan Black at ENVY but UP NEXT Aria Price and Sasha Foote will do battle to determine the first Seattle Pro Endurance Champion!

She lifts her glasses up onto her head then begins strutting down to the ring. AP climbs the steps wiping her feet on the apron and steps into the ring. She removes her jacket and glasses handing them to the stage hand and waits for the bell to ring.

AP looks back before quickly stepping into the ring. The barrier breaking Sasha Foote is back in this match with one fall swoop when she climbs the turnbuckle to standing on the top rope. Price is making it to her feet at this time and it is rare for Foote to go up top unless she's going for her patented Foote Print finishing move. As AP stand and moves closer to the corner Sasha Foote leaps off and hits a flying cross body and hooks the leg...
The referee waves off the pin attempt as this match can only end by submission, knockout or time limit decision. Sasha slaps the mat out of frustration. She stands up and waits for AP to stand and turn around. As she does she goes for her 'Out Cold' superkick but AP ducks in and lands a very hard super kick of her own onto the chin of Sasha Foote.

She lets go of her foot and goes for a clothesline but Foote ducks out of it and Foote hits AP's own finisher on her the 'No Love Loss' double knee back breaker and rolls through to the bridging cross face.
Foote has Price in the center of the ring with way out and no where close to the ring ropes as the bell sounds. Sasha Foote gets up celebrating after a long hard fought match. The referee approaches her and is telling her that the time expired and AP did not tap out.
McKayla Lewis has entered the ring but she is not prepared to announce a winner. Aria Price stands up and shoves Sasha Foote who throws up her hands. Price is running her fingers through her hair waiting on a decision.
