BEFORE THE SHOW...
TRIXIE: James Edwards. Seattle Pro World Champion…he competed to be the inaugural Seattle Pro Tag Team Champion, he's going in the Hall Of Fame and rightfully deserves to.
That's when Trixie is seen on camera. Holding the NVR Women's Title around her waist but the Seattle Pro Tag Team Title she had from home to remember her time as champion, holding one belt on either shoulder.
TRIXIE: Unfortunately, I've been agitated by a future opponent of mine who's trying to take away my NVR Title. So I'm in a bit of an aggressive mood…
BEAT
TRIXIE: Sorry your return back in a Seattle Pro ring isn't against the friendly, happy Trix people love. Sometimes people have a way of getting on your every nerve. But what I'll do, is I'll be channelling it into a great opening match. Next year's Hall Of Fame needs spaces and I'm sure you'd vouch for that Prime Girl who took me to the limit….and won.
A confident smile forms on Trixie's face.
TRIXIE: Because defeating you would be huge for me in my career as a whole. In Seattle Pro, it could be the shake up, the perfect noise to get Trixie…back in the Seattle Pro gold hunt.
As she gives the camera a wink to signal the cameraperson to get all her current NVR gold in the shot.
TRIXIE: Let's make history, Edwards. Let's make the title matches have a real tough contest to follow. The better the match, the better the win it will be…for me.
As Trixie then hands over her tag titles to her Aunt to keep safe while she took an aggressive walk. The camera tracking her as the announces remind people Trixie's match is coming up next! Before fading to black for commercial.
"My Name is Human” by Highly Suspect begins to play throughout the arena when the house lights go down. The arena stays black during the garbled opening guitar rift, then, "Okay." Strobe lights move with the easy beat of the song.
GRAHAM STEVENS: This Match is set for ONE FALL! Now making his way to the ring standing at five feet, nine inches and weighing in at two hundred and four pounds from Lexington, Kentucky. Please Welcome Back...JAMES—EDWARDS!
James Edwards appears at the top of the ramp with the hood on his ring jacket up. He takes a few moments survey everything before him. The hood goes down with the opening lyrics. Moving with the meandering pace of the music, his eyes never leave the ring. He laps the squared circle, slides under the bottom ropes, and bows martial arts style to all four corners before settling into his own.
“Take It Off" by The Donnas begins playing throughout the arena just before Trixie walks from behind the curtain wearing sunglasses and a denim waistcoat. She poses at her side as she removes the sunglasses from her eyes. She drops the waistcoat at her side as it slides off her arms. Trixie then walks down to the ring with a confident smirk to her.
GRAHAM STEVENS: Now introducing his opponent standing at five feet and six inches tall from Las Vegas, Nevada...TRIXIE!
Her stride down to the ring is slow to allow for fans to get a glimpse of her. Trixie leaps onto the ring apron gracefully and stands on the apron for a moment to walk along it a step. There, she steps into the ring and writes with her finger "S,S" on the ring mat.
Afterwards, Trixie goes to the corner. She jumps and pulls herself onto the second rope to pose quickly for a picture and leaps down off the ropes. No sooner do her feet touch the ground does Trixie quickly get into her beginning pose. Right foot back, right shoulder slightly back and ready to strike. Finally, tossing the sunglasses behind her to the corner she once posed.

The bell rings and it’s Trixie who offers James Edwards her hand in a show of respect. Edwards stares at it for a moment before slapping her right across the face! The gesture draws a mixed reaction from the crowd. Edwards fires a series of rapid forearms to the Bad Kitty's face and then Irish whips her into the ropes. Trixie ducks a knife-edge chop attempt by Edwards and rebounds off the ropes, but Edwards greets her with a snap power the makes the cover for 1...2...NEARFALL!
Edwards grabs Trixie by the wrist and begins pulling his opponent to a single knee. Edwards ducks behind Trixie and she is thrown by James right on her back during a German suplex and leaves James plenty of space and position to step out onto the apron and climb to the top rope. He targets the Prime Girl with his diving headbutt but Trixie manages to roll out of the way with barely anytime to spare. She then measures him as he gets up holding his head before superkicking him on the knee to buckle James! The Prime Girl then delivers her Fastball Punch to seemingly knock James out but he lands against the turnbuckles in the corner stunned!
Edwards fires alternating chops and jabs, working Trixie's face and chest at the same time. She attempts to return fire, but Edwards blocks it. He grabs her and quickly connects with a snap suplex. Edwards rolls through, retaining possession, and brings Trixie back down to the canvas with another snap suplex. The former Seattle Pro Wrestling World Heavyweight Champion rolls through for the third time but hooks one of Trixie's legs. Edwards hoists her up for a ‘Foxfire’ Fisherman brain buster and brings her down on her head following with a cover for 1...2...KICKOUT!
Trixie rolls to a knee and wipes her mouth after a deep breath. Edwards looks to grab her by the head and lift her up but instead Trixie shoved him backwards. Edwards is struck repeatedly in the corner by Trixie's backhand chops before she throws in a few kicks on the redenning chest. Trixie''s irish whip gets reversed and she is sent into the corner where she floats over and suavely and quickly superkicks James in the back of the knee, then the spine as he hits the middle turnbuckle. James stumbles up to his feet into a waiting Trixie's Stunner Split Legged Stunner! Trixie makes the nonchalant hook of the leg for 1...2...ROPEBREAK!
Trixie is beside herself. She takes a moment to breathe then grabs Edwards by the wrist twisting his arm over twice to force him to flip over onto his back but he blocks her attempt at an armbar, booting her away onto her back and forces her to roll over onto her feet. Trixie then runs to miss her Sonata Knee as James Edwards looks to german suplex Trixie yet again but this time she elbows out! Trixie tries to run into the ropes but she's dragged back into James's dragon suplex! James heads to the top rope again and sees Trixie weary, he flies off for the diving headbutt but it's Trixie who looks for the Beautiful Disaster...but NO!
Edwards reverses and attempts a lariat. Trixie ducks and hits the ropes. She hits a basement dropkick, sending Edwards to a knee. Trixie hits the ropes again, but James roars up and flattens her with a lariat! Not looking to waste any more time, Edwards pulls Trxie up by her hair into a sitting position. He backs into a corner, and the crowd begins to buzz, knowing what is coming up. Edwards runs forward, and his right foot collides with Trixie's face with Edwards signature ‘Violent Gospel’ running PK kick! Edwards makes the cover for 1...2...3!

GRAHAM STEVENS: Your winner by pin fall...JAMES—EDWARDS!
CHARLES HUDSON: James Edwards with the victory in his return to Seattle Pro Wrestling just ahead of his Hall of Fame induction the first weekend of August!
MCKAYLA LEWIS: Trixie is a former Tag Team Champion and she’s the reigning Women’s Champion over in NVR Wrestling. She’s a very suitable opponent for the returning Edwards.
CHARLES HUDSON: Let’s not forget that it was Edwards who first held the Seattle Pro World Heavyweight Champion way back in 2016.
MCKAYLA LEWIS: I do remember that and I’ll raise you the fact he was the first ever Pride Champion as well back in May of 2017! All I can say now is congratulations to James Edwards on his Hall of Fame induction. Now let’s take our first commercial break and when we return the Tenacious Wrecking Crew defends the Tag Team Championships against the odd pairing of World Television Champion, Coral Rose and Jason Cashe!
