UNITED CENTER - HOUSTON, TEXAS
FUSION 3: WRATH IS LIVE FROM HOUSTON, TEXAS INSIDE THE TOYOTA CENTER. HOME OF THE HOUSTON ROCKETS!
“The Vengeful One” by Disturbed boom through the arena PA system, signaling the arrival of the newly crowned Seattle Pro Heavyweight Champion, Bryan Blaze.
As the lights slowly rise back on, Blaze is seen at the top of the ramp in a white suit with a blood stained pattern on it, similar to the one displayed on his face mask. With the Seattle Pro Heavyweight Championship slung over his right shoulder he makes his way down the ramp.
MCKAYLA LEWIS: Looks like we are kicking off FUSION 3 with an appearance from our newly crowned Champion, Bryan Blaze!
CHARLES HUDSON: Bryan Blaze went through an absolute war with Billy Danielson at MAINSTREAM 7: GREED. He showed us all the heart and determination he always claimed he had. He showed us what he was willing to do to finally best Billy Danielson.
MCKAYLA LEWIS: Agreed, Charles. That rivalry will be remembered for some time in Seattle Pro Wrestling. It visibly changed both men, especially Bryan Blaze.
CHARLES HUDSON: Without a doubt, McKayla. Nothing was more evident of that than the conclusion of GREED when we saw Alan Envy and Jacob Hammerstein viciously assaulted a defenceless Billy Danielson as Bryan Blaze simply laughed and exited. Bryan Blaze truly is a different man.
Blaze reaches the ringside area and quickly rolls into the ring. As he stands back up and adjusts his Championship gold over his shoulder once again, he asks and receives a microphone from Graham Stevens, who then exits the ring. Blaze stands in the center of the ring as the crowd in attendance serenades him with a “Blaze is gonna killlll you” chant. He doesn't seem affected it all, though. He looks dead center ahead. Slowly, he raises the microphone up to his mouth.
BRYAN BLAZE: Perception.
He pauses, keeping that intense facial expression.
BRYAN BLAZE: It’s a powerful force, isn't it. It can make anything believable, or anything impossible. It is a force that I have battled with since my very first appearance in a professional wrestling ring. I've even dealt with it since my arrival here in Seattle Pro.
“Many believe that I am perhaps not the rightful heir to the throne. That I am inadequate. It's a story as old as time itself. This does not faze me as YOUR Heavyweight Champion.”
“Because this is merely PERCEPTION. It is in a separate REALM than REALITY. For, at MAINSTREAM 7: GREED, I finally absolved my SOUL of the DEMON which inhibited it for over a year, almost two. I slayed the perennial Main-Eventer. Billy Danielson.”
“Do any of you know why? It isn't merely because I incapacitated my foe to the point where he was unable to answer the 10-count. No, that was merely a SYMPTOM of the real truth.”
Again, he pauses. He looks out of the corner of his eye at the Championship belt draped over his right shoulder.
BRYAN BLAZE: The REALITY of the situation is this. I didn't win this belt because I am superior to Billy Danielson or anyone else, for that matter. I am the Seattle Pro Heavyweight Champion for one very simple; very CRUCIAL reason.
“I am willing to DIE for it. Can anyone else in that locker room admit to the same?”
“I guess we will find out, in due time.”
“The Vengeful One” by Disturbed booms through the PA system and Blaze promptly rolls out of the ring and heads up the ramp.
MCKAYLA LEWIS: A chilling, ominous warning from out Heavyweight Champion.
CHARLES HUDSON: We are in for a bumpy ride, McKayla...
